Inside a restaurant if we are dealing with a customer means we are facing so many problems. Now we are discussing about how we are able to solve all these problems. Lean management or time management is the major problem which we are facing here. Coming into the block diagram the starting portion is the customer’s vehicle parking side. After wards we are moving to the table inside the restaurant. So this time there are chances to get wait for some time to get the table allocated. After that we also need to wait for some time to get the menu card and for getting food and also for payment also it may take so many times. So these all wastage of time comes under lean management.
